  • Final deliverables may be withheld until required payments are received.

4. Client Materials and Responsibilities

You represent that you own or have permission to use any text, photographs, videos, logos, trademarks, documents, data, and other materials you provide to Site to System.

You are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving content before publication

  • Confirming that your business information is accurate

  • Maintaining lawful rights to your materials

  • Reviewing the final work and reporting errors within the period stated in your project agreement

  • Maintaining appropriate account security and backups after project handoff

  • Complying with laws and industry requirements applicable to your own business

Site to System may refuse materials or instructions that appear unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, harmful, or outside the agreed project scope.
